1. About Dellite
Dellite is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers for local services. Dellite acts only as an intermediary and does not provide services directly.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. By using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws.
3. User Roles
Users may act as Customers or Workers. A single user may hold both roles.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under their account. Dellite is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
5. Service Agreement
Once a worker accepts a booking, the service agreement is directly between the Customer and the Worker. Dellite is not a party to this agreement.
6. Service Completion & Payment Model
Dellite follows a post-service payment model. Customers are charged only after the service is marked as successfully completed.
7. Payment Authorization
By confirming a booking, the customer authorizes Dellite to charge the applicable amount upon successful completion of the service.
8. Cancellations
Customers may cancel a booking before service completion without charges. Once a service is completed, cancellation is not applicable.
9. Refund Policy Reference
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In general, payments made after successful service completion are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.
10. Worker Responsibilities
Workers must provide accurate service details, maintain professionalism, and comply with applicable safety and legal requirements.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide correct details, ensure safe working conditions, and treat workers respectfully.
12. Disputes
Any service-related disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Dellite may review and facilitate resolution at its discretion.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in illegal activities, provide false information, harass others, or bypass the platform for direct transactions.
14. Platform Role & Liability
Dellite is a technology platform and does not guarantee service quality. It is not responsible for worker conduct or service outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
Dellite is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid through the platform.
16. Termination
Dellite may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
17. Changes to Terms
Dellite may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of courts in your operating city.

Refund Policy
1. Overview
Dellite follows a post-service payment model where customers are charged only after a service is successfully completed.
2. No Refund After Successful Service
Once a service is marked as completed and payment is processed, refunds will not be provided under normal circumstances.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases involving proven service failure, fraud, or serious misconduct, at Dellite's sole discretion.
4. Dispute Window
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion. Requests beyond this period may not be considered.
5. Worker No-Show
If a worker fails to show up, no charges will be applied to the customer.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel bookings before service completion without charges. Charges apply only after successful completion.
7. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for completed services, change of mind, or dissatisfaction without valid proof.
8. Abuse & Fraud
False claims or misuse of refund requests may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
9. Platform Role
Dellite acts only as an intermediary and facilitates resolution but does not guarantee refunds.
